Training is therefore a central issue for Civil Master. Properly applied, it is able to guarantee not only the correct execution of operational procedures, but above all the protocols necessary for our employees to return home as they left: in full physical and mental condition.
To this end, we have the company RIO SET TREINAMENTOS as a partner, with three training centers of its own, two permanent, located in Belo Horizonte (MG) and Parauapebas (PA), and an itinerant structure, which can be set up in different locations, to serve enterprises with greater geographical dispersion, for example.
In each of the CTs, our industrial climbers are carefully prepared for their future activities and, after training, they are all certified by the Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (Irata). Today, we have more than 900 certified professionals who have technical and practical knowledge in areas related to rope access safety, climbing, anchoring, handling and rescue at height.
